This coveted industry certification is a requirement for any organisation who design and/or manufacture steel or aluminium components to be sold in Europe must adhere to this standard.
CE marking to BS EN 1090 is now a legal requirement; structural steelwork and aluminium fall under the Construction Products Regulation (CPR), which means aluminium or structural steel CE marking must be secured to show compliance with EN 1090-1 (the harmonised European standard that applies to structural metalwork).

NDT - we offer a comprehensive range of NDT and inspection services that cover all the standard inspection requirements demanded within the Oil & Gas industry, from class society structural inspections to pipeline inspections, corrosion monitoring, pressure vessel inspections, lifting equipment and drilling tool inspections.
Load Testing, Hoisting and Lifting Surveys in accordance with LOLER Regulations to ensure the traceability of all lifting equipment. Its implementation will assist in creating a safe work area when any lifting or rigging operations are undertaken
Derrick Inspections (API) which meet the requirements of API Specification 4F, and have the engineering support to undertake any remedial action required e.g. bolt change outs, dolly track repairs and alignment plus structural member replacement.
DROPS Surveys periodically undertaken to ensure the integrity of equipment
attached to all areas of the structure under operating parameters. Our team will develop a register of all items within your drilling derrick highlighting its condition and take a reference photograph of each individual item documenting its condition. This will be linked back to a comprehensive location drawing of each working area.
