TEXO’s recent Staff Roadshows have been a resounding success, bringing employees together from across the company. The initiative, designed to foster a stronger sense of community and provide valuable insights into TEXO’s operations, has been enthusiastically received.
Starting in Witham in June, quickly followed by visits to Blyth and Aberdeen in July and August, the TEXO Roadshow concluded with a final stop in Dundee in September. Each event offered employees a comprehensive overview of TEXO’s history, current projects, and future plans. From exploring our diverse range of services to understanding how different divisions collaborate, the roadshows have provided valuable insights for staff at all levels.
