Our client was looking for a turnkey solution for the design, engineering and fabrication project, involving a C-Shaped Platform upgrade onboard a North Sea jack up. They chose to work with TEXO Engineering & Fabrication because of our ability to deliver across all disciplines, saving the client time and money.
Over a period of four weeks, our engineering and design teams created drawings, engineering calculations and specifications to make sure that the C-Shaped platform would interface accurately and safely with the existing structure. Once approved by the client, we then spent a further four weeks on the fabrication element of the project, delivering a completed solution to the client within the tight timescale.
In a project that faced a number of changes, our team was able to adapt and implement changes to the standards required by the client. With a very challenging lead time, we were able to demonstrate that our wide range of in-house capabilities and experience can deliver projects on time and on budget.
