This was a mixed scope project. After the destruct phase was completed, our team replaced the A60 gas-tight external doors, internal B15 doors and escape hatches. Architectural upgrades included lifting all flooring and deck screed, which was all subsequently upgraded to new and then finished with a safety stud floor covering.
Both client and TEXO teams worked hand in hand to ensure safe working practices were always adhered to, providing quality on-time and on-budget work scope delivery.
Richard Lamb, Divisional Director at TEXO Workspace Solutions said: “We have a great team that support our offshore activities and we benefit from a good volume of repeat business, it is always good to see a new customer on board, experiencing at first-hand our commitment to safety, quality and cost control over projects.”
The client was also extremely happy with the project. “Just a quick email regarding the TEXO team involved in the mud lab refurbishment. Very professional with a great can-do attitude. Fitted in well with the rig team and completed a high-quality finish in a very efficient manner.” Asset O.I.M
“It has been a pleasure working alongside Chris and Sean. They carried out their work scope efficiently and safely. Thanks, on behalf of the rig team.” Asset Barge Engineer
