This certainly is the case for the TEXO Workspace Solutions land-based modular team for the remainder of the year, following significant contract wins to design, manufacture and install several school expansion projects across the central belt of Scotland.
Richard Lamb, Divisional Director for TEXO Workspace Solutions commented, “The school projects are themselves fantastic projects and are a great addition to our current workload currently covering Airport, Port and Offshore/Marine sectors. The team have worked hard to gain a good reputation across our current and new client base, and we are now appreciating an increase in workload within this part of the business.
As anticipated, the growth in modular building activity continues and fits perfectly within our capabilities. Our flexible approach offers clients the opportunity to get what they want – rather than accepting standard production models – is being welcomed within the industry and allows for the real benefits of modular off-site construction to be appreciated.
With this increase and continuing development of modular construction, we have now fully committed our plans to expand the production facilities into new premises where we can handle the increased volume whilst maintaining high levels of safety and quality.
This is a significant milestone for TEXO Workspace Solutions and ties in perfectly with the volume capabilities of our two fabrication halls in Dundee and Blyth, where we can maintain controls at all levels and remain responsive to the marketplace where project lead times remain a high priority.
