TEXO Streamline Design System

Once again, TEXO is delivering on its commitment to innovative software and technology development, bringing its Streamline Design System to customers who need precise isometric’s & 3D models for time-critical projects or repairs.

Taking under four hours from start to finish, this new service means repairs can be started earlier, completed faster and cost less to manage. It takes just three simple steps:

1. Generate point cloud data using our inhouse laser scanning equipment or provide us with your previously scanned point cloud data.
2. Using our specialist software and highly trained designers to analyze and interrogate the point cloud and create as-built models identifying fittings, valves, bolt hole rotations and flange angles.
3. Produce an isometric to your piping specification complete with bill of material and spool weights.

Working with you to make sure we are as efficient as possible, we scan only the affected or designated areas, produce a model that shows exactly where repairs, refurbishment or replacements are needed.
